I always use the word “saved” in quotes because really, it’s not about how much you saved, it’s about how much you spent.   Using Double Daze to your advantage is a great way to start your stockpile and get some great deals.  And notice that every single thing I bought at Copps used a coupon?  I don’t buy anything at Copps unless it’s on sale and I can use a coupon ever since I did my research that shows their regular prices are higher than most stores.    Most of the things I bought combined stores coupons along with Manufacturer coupons, otherwise known as “stacking”.  That maximizes your savings.

Did you go to Double Daze this past week? How’d you do?

  2. It was a fantastic Double Daze for me… got in on the Hamburger Helper deal. Essentially, I spent $5.05 on 9 boxes of Hamburger Helper!
