Kid-Friendly Easter activities

It’s time to pull out the Easter baskets.  Here’s a look at some of the many Easter Bunny visits and Egg Hunts going on in the Green Bay area.

March 30th

March 31st:

  • Neville Public Museum: Dinosaur Egg Hunt 9 a.m.-5 p.m; $10/Non-member child, $8/Neville member child; $5/adult; Free/Member adult. Fee includes activities and Museum admission. Child must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Festival Foods–all locations 10 am to 1 pm
  • Olsen’s Piggly Wiggly 10th Annual Easter Egg Hunt 9 am – Noon
  • Seroogys: visit from the Easter Bunny 11 AM – 4 PM, Both Stores
  • WalMart West Mason Easter Egg Hunt 11am
  • School House: Free activity Day, Sparkle Ups by Orb House 10 am – 3pm

April 6th:

  • Seroogys; visit from the Easter Bunny 10 AM – 12 PM and 3 PM – 5 PM, Both Stores
  • School House: Free Easter Activity 10 am – 3pm

April 7th:

  • Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary 9:30 am or 11:00 am
    Location: Nature Center and weather permitting, egg hunt outside Fee: $2.00 per resident or Friends member, $3.00 per non-resident. Registration is required; space is limited to 100 people per session. Call (920) 391-3671.
  • NEW Zoo: Easter Extravaganzoo. Easter egg hunt from 9 am – 2pm, $3 per child. Breakfast with the Easter Bunny 8 am – Noon, $10 per person.
  • Copps/Pick ‘n Save starts at 7:30am – (WARNING: the brain trust in the Marketing Department at Roundys decided this would also be a good day to do a special Double Double Daze)
  • Seroogys: visit from the Easter Bunny 11 AM – 4 PM, Both Stores
  • Wild Air, Appleton: 10am – 8pm, 3rd annual Easter Event. Advance tickets are $12+tax/child must be purchased by 4/3/12 to receive discount or $13.50+tax/child at the door, adults are free! Space is limited.
  • Memorial Park, Appleton: FREE event hosted by Appleton Jaycees, 10am – Noon
  • Pathways Church, Appleton: Easter Egg Hunt FREE 9am – 11:30am
  • School House: Free Easter Activity 10 am – 3pm
  • Southern Door Family Center: sponsored by the Brussels Shining Stars 4-H Club, registration at 9:30, Hunt starts at 10am.

    Our dino egg hunt returns! Find up to 3 eggs, plus dig for dinosaurs and have them identified! Find coins, foreign currency, fossils and pretty stones too!

    Prizes will be awarded and can include a 50+ year old coin, a 100+ year old coin, a bag of gold dust and sand (you have to pan it yourself!), and other interesting items!

    Cost: $10/Non-member child, $8/Neville member child; $5/adult; Free/Member adult. Fee includes activities and Museum admission. Child must be accompanied by an adult.

  4. THANK YOU! Know what’s hilarious? I have the little 1/4 page flyer for that sitting right in front of me cuz I picked it up last night at the museum. DUH!

    Saturday April 7th – Annual Easter Egg Hunt, 10AM – 2PM. Indoor Easter Egg Hunt with treats and refreshments, door prizes and fun for the whole family.

  10. The Bellevue East Town Optimist Club is hosting their 20th annual Easter Egg Hunt at Preble Park. It’s a free event for children ages 2-10. All the kids will hunt for an egg and LOADS of candy, then redeem their egg for a prize. Starts at 11am (SHARP!)
