Celebrate National Burger Weekend
Memorial Day weekend is considered by many to be the official kickoff to summer. It also happens to be National Burger Weekend. Imagine how that happened!
If you want to make your own fancy burgers, there’s a great website to help you concoct some amazing ones: Cheese & Burger Society is from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. The site features 30 classic burger ideas, all with Wisconsin cheese, of course. (You might want to have the sound turned up for this interactive site, too.)
