Copps Monopoly Shop Play and Win May 20 – August 29
Copps & Pick ‘n Save stores have brought back their Monopoly game for another summer of fun and prizes.
There are over $4,500,000 in prizes to be won and tens of thousands in special coupon offers as well.
Here’s how it works:
- Each time you make a purchase at Copps and Pick ‘n Save from May 20th to August 29, 2012 , you receive a game ticket.
- Open the game ticket to reveal your four game markers, a special coupon offer, two free game tickets on your next visit or a free product.
- Attach game pieces on official game board (available in store)
- Complete game area with matching markers and win the prize.
There are over 5,000 specially-marked items in stores that will also get you extra bonus tickets. Just look for the special tag on the shelf next to an item to earn a BONUS Game Ticket.
Buy 1 = Get 1 Bonus Game Ticket
Buy 2 = Get 2 Bonus Game Tickets
Buy 3 = Get 3 Bonus Game Tickets, etc
There is NO limit on the amount of Bonus Game Tickets you can earn unless they run out of tickets! It sounds like it should be pretty easy to earn them.
The 2012 edition features more prizes and more opportunities to earn extra tickets. They are also distributing almost twice as many tickets as last year (115 million in 2012 vs. 60 million in 20122)
Last year, Green Bay Consumer readers were pretty vocal about the game. The following sums the majority of reader comments:
“I’m a loyal Copp’s shopper and I played, hoping to win at least a $2 prize. The most I won (besides more game tickets) was an instant win can of Del Monte vegetables and an instant win can of vienna sausages.
I was not thrilled with this game at all.” – Kristin
So, what do you think about the game returning?

[...] Shop Play and Win May 20 – August 16th. Almost $5 million in prizes available. Click here for more [...]
I currently reside in Morrisonville. It’s about ten minutes from Deforest, Pick -N-Save. I have been playing this game for a few weeks now and it all seems like a big joke. It’s like a way for them to keep from going out of buisness. They desidned this concept for peolpe to believe in to keep shopping with them. I personally enjoy the thrill of it all, but truth be told it is very addictive. As of today I have been to at least ten stores(Pick-N-Save & Copps) around the Madison,Middelton and Sun Parire area buying items that I don’t even need, all for the same game piceces. I was told by one cashier that if it is one prize to be won then there would only be one of that peice in rotation. I have more then a thousand peices witch are all doubles of the same peices that I already have. I need two peiecs for all the big ticket items and and one for all the rest.
could you please share a list of pieces that are missing from each combination? thx.
I need sara lee white bread (I575), fisher cashews/lettuce head (H577), Double-top Tombstone pizza (M557), Cafe steamers beef dinner (J570), Hungry Man (FS84), Pork Chicken sausage (G582), Cameron’s coffee intense french (E588), Delmonte Diced tomatoes (K567), and Green orbit gum (B603) if anyone has them that would be great!
