Football The Exhibit May 19 – September 9 at the Neville
The Green Bay Packers are the presenting sponsor of Football the Exhibit, a temporary exhibit at the Neville Public Museum. “Football” will be on display May 19, 2012 through September 9, 2012.
The Neville’s newest interactive display explores the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) behind the game.
Visitors can:
- Test your throwing skills and learn what it truly means to have a “rifle arm.”
- Try and match the speed of an NFL running back
- Learn the ideal trajectory for kicking a field goal.
- Discover the history of the game, to the equipment,
- Learn more about the cutting edge medical technology used to prevent and treat common injuries.
Let’s not forget that the Neville already has a small permanent display about the Green & Gold, too.
Also, a reminder that Brown County residents receive free admission to the Neville every Wednesday night from 6 – 8pm.
