Savour Green Bay July 20 – 21: Free Food, Wine, Beer and Music

Here’s a great reason to check out the revitalized downtown area: another FREE event!  This time it’s Savour Green Bay, an event bringing together local food, lifestyle and music to Green Bay.  It all takes place on July 20th and 21st in the heart of downtown Green Bay.  It’s a good time for the entire family!

Some of the local flavor being offered:

  • Mustard Seed Cafe
  • Three Three Five
  • Chives Restaurant
  • Monzu Bistro
  • and more!

Let’s not forget all the demonstrations taking place, either:

  • Associated Bank is sponsoring Fun Foodies, which includes the chance for kids to make their own kitchen masterpieces
  • The chef from the new Hagemeister Park will prepare a New Orleans style stuffed tenderloin with artichokes and shrimp smothered
    in a béarnaise sauce
  • How to use JaJora’s homemade oils in Syrah Restaurant’s dishes
  • Green Bay Botanical Garden demonstrating low-budget container gardening so you can enjoy home-grown vegetables year-round.

There will also be tons of regional microbrews and wines available, too, like Titletown, Captain’s Walk, and Von Stiehl Winery.  And of course, what outdoor event like this would be complete without local music, too!

Savour Hours:
Friday, July 20, 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Saturday, July 21, 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

Admission: FREE general admission. *All culinary demonstrations are free. Limited free reserved seating for food and beer tasting for select cooking demonstrations available at the Savour Pub the day of the demonstration on a first-come, first-serve basis. All food and beverage items are availble for cash purchase at restaurant, winery and brewery tents. Individual food and beverage items range in price from $2.00 – $10.00.

Parking: Parking is available in the all the usual places you park downtown.

    3. Savour Green Bay is an event, not a place. It’s throughout the downtown area. If you click the link provided in the story, it will show you where all the different booths are located, where you can park, etc.
