Free bus rides to Green Bay Packers games returns
If you don’t want to fight the traffic around Lambeau Field for the Green Bay Packers game on game day, you can park and ride the Green Bay city buses for FREE. This popular program is returning for a second year.
There are four special routes on game days.
- Cheesehead (Austin Straubel airport through Ashwaubenon to Lambeau)
- QB Sneak (route begins at Country Inn Suites on Kepler Drive and goes through Green Bay via Mason Street-Hwy 54).
- the Quick Slant serves De Pere.
- Lambeau Leap starts at the GB Metro bus Depot on University and heads to Lambeau Field via Ashland Avenue.
Each bus route has several stops where you can pick up a ride for free. This program is being paid for by the Green Bay Packers and Miller/Coors Brewing Company.
For people who don’t want to pay $20+ for parking, can’t or don’t want to walk, this is a great service.
For more information on bus routes, check out Green Bay Metro’s website.
