Weekly Sales & Coupon Matchups
It’s Sunday! Which means tons of new sales flyers to scour for deals even if you don’t get the paper. You don’t have to work hard to figure out the deals because there a lot of other websites out there doing the work for you.
There are several sites in Wisconsin doing most of our area grocery stores’ matchups. Because of that we have backed off from doing them. We hate being redundant! We can, however, point you in the direction of our favorite blogs and all their hard work!
- Festival Foods
- Copps/Pick ‘n Save
- Piggly Wiggly
- Totally Target
- Wild for Wags (Walgreens)
- I Heart CVS
- Kmart
- Grocery Shop for Free at the Mart for Walmart
- Woodmans (I recently took a trip and wrote down some prices of organic/natural foods)
You’ll find a link to this post on the home page of Green Bay Consumer under “Popular Posts”.
Festival Foods: Save 5% for completing survey
Have you been paying attention to your Festival Foods receipts? On random receipts there is link to a survey. Complete the survey within three days of shopping and you’ll get a 5% discount on your next purchase. The empty space on the receipt is where you’re write the confirmation code you’ll receive at the end of the survey; then bring your receipt in store for the discount.
I’ve seen this on retail store receipts but this is the first time I’ve seen it for a grocery store. I love the idea for two reasons. One, I like giving feedback, whether it’s positive or negative. Also, when it comes to saving money on groceries, every little bit helps!
