WLUK’s Good Day Wisconsin: Thrifty Thursday
In case you missed it this morning and are interested, you can check out my appearance on WLUK’s morning show Good Day Wisconsin. I sat down with Rachel Manek for a few minutes to discuss some of my favorite sites to help with online shopping. You can read more about Deal Catcher and SlickDeals here, and if you want some help with Amazon.com, you can check out Lightning Drops by clicking here.
Thanks again to Rachel Manek for having me on!
Welcome new readers!
If you decided to check out Green Bay Consumer after seeing me on WLUK’s Good Day Wisconsin today, welcome!
Green Bay Consumer’s goal is to provide consumers in Northeast Wisconsin with useful information to help you save money. Green Bay Consumer gives you the latest sales information from your favorite local grocery stores and a bit of online sales information, too (Just for the record–I LOVE Amazon.com). Every day you can check the Green Bay Consumer home page to find the latest and greatest daily deals in our area from sites like Groupon, Living Social, too.
I write posts almost every day, from Festival Foods sales information to the latest free or cheap events going on in the area, to using my journalism background to research which grocery store is the cheapest in town or why you might not find coupon inserts in the newsstand copies of your local paper on Sunday. That’s stuff you can’t find on ANY OTHER money-saving blogs. It’s catered to you, the people of Northeastern Wisconsin.
I also host FREE coupon classes. There are several lined up for the next few months. You can find that information near the top of the Green Bay Consumer home page. And if you’d like to host a class for your organization, feel free to Contact Me and I’ll see what I can do to help!

WLUK’s Good Day Wisconsin: Thrifty Thursday
In case you missed it this morning and are interested, you can check out my appearance on WLUK’s morning show Good Day Wisconsin. I sat down with Rachel Manek for a few minutes. If you’ve never been on TV, you don’t realize how quickly time goes by. Not only that, but it’s really hard to convey the thousands of tips and tricks to save money is such a short time. But I think I did all right.
I have to take that back. When you work on a multi-hour morning show, sometimes time does NOT fly by quickly. Ah, the memories of my former life as a news producer.
Thanks again to Rachel Manek for thinking of me!
